Close please. I fixed my issue. Had to use Razor HD Utility to wipe phone and i got the update. =) lost my root cause i forgot to use voodoo but oh well.

You have to use the Razor HD utility to wipe the phone back to stock then root it again and use voodoo to backup the root. Update it and then restore the root from voodoo. I had this issue but i skipped the rooting part cause i forgot to backup my root and don't feel like wiping all my data...

im starting to have this issue. Phone was great but the more apps you add the slower the phone gets. Idk if its motorola but the memory handling is horrible. Im always left with less than 100mb of memory left. Wish their was a fix

Im having issues as well! I checked the install logs only to find im missing a file that the update is trying to well update. The modem panic report.apk Im trying to see if others have it on their phone and if they can upload it for me. Maybe this is the issue for people with rooted Maxx hd's
