It never happened to me until the lollipop update. It's always running as an active app. when I go to the task manager setting to end all running apps. Only running when I turn on/off my wifi.

After the lollipop update, everytime I turn on/turn off my wi-fi service,the Google Play Music app automatically starts. Can anyone tell me how to stop this from happening? Thanks!

Re: Kitkat Issue: Can't Write to External SD Card So if I understand you correctly, this is more of an issue if you have apps on your SD card that are used for certain files. To access my SD card I go into the "my files" app/ all files/ SD card, so I shouldn't have any problems.
