Thanks for the suggestion.... But volume button send to be working fine. I've cleared cache a dozen or times with lollipop...No problem. Seems peculiar that it coincides with upgrade. Like I said though... Phone is still running great after all these years.

Thanks everyone. Still not able to get this corrected. Still get the same message and can't seem to get to a 'wipe cache' prompt. No big deal. It's not like I see any performance detriment yet. This phone is still fantastic in all regards for my modest needs.

That's not what I remember. Sounds like someone didn't follow directions and looking to find someone else to pin the blame on.

So glad I was part of the original soak. Marshmallow been running like a champ for the last three weeks. Something tells me the 'bricks' were from overzealous millennials not reading the instructions for conducting the soak test. It clearly stated to ensure your phone was not encrypted...

Very strange.... I was invited to participate in soak test... They provided access to the forum whereby all bugs and glitches were to be reported. I checked in about two days after update... And I can't seem to find any trace of it. And not to rub it in... But, the .phone is running...

Got it about a week ago... Part of the soak test. No problems with over the air install, although it took about 25 minutes. No reset... Or cache clearing... It is still very fast and no noticeable change in battery life. The enhancements to mm are fine... But I guess the upgrade is a bit...
