Yes, I am having the same issue. Found the google voice setting to stop blocking, but cannot get Svoice to stop. Very frustrating.

I contacted samsung and they told me it should work fine, to contact AT&T to see why the update is blocked. ATT says nothing is blocked (as all other data services and updates work) but they cant help with samsung pay, contact samsung. Round and round I went 5 times. Then gave up on Sunday...
