    The only time this ever happened to me was when the charging cord was not plugged into the wall adapter all the way. Parastatic drain. Then my batteries either dead or really low.

    Update, so the issue on the lens cannot be solved with traditional methods posted here because its actually under the lense. Htc will replace the lense but I don't want a phone that selfdestructs its own value.

    Well, this persistent film residue appeared on phone. I used a a tip and toothpaste /brasso to remove it. No luck, so I tried alcohol to the scene at 91% and it's still there. Used fingernails and credit card edge to remove it.

    Is it possible to get the lg g2 keyboard on the m8, its fantastic. My gf g2 has a wonderful keyboard. I'm using Google keyboard currently. I like it better then swift key and the stock keyboard, where I hit the period and .com key to heavy annoyance.
