This is exactly what's happened with my Chevy as well. It started yesterday. i don't subscribe to Onstar, so I doubt that it's a car-side update, but I'd like to get it fixed.

cbreze, Is there any difference in version getting it through Verizon vs pulling the siim? After pulling the sim, I'm on 24.221.4.clark_retus.retus.en.US.retus

Have we seen it officially stated from Motorola that it'll get Nougat? I've seen lots of speculation and assumptions around timelines only.

I'm caving & pulling the sim to get the update bypassing VZW. Sucks that I bought it straight from Motorola via MotoMaker and I still have to deal with carrier's holding back updates...

Really? I'm on VZW as well, and I keep checking manually and get nothing. Still on Feb 2016 on my Pure :(
