Ismachado, I had a feeling there would be some issues. They just charged my credit card for the order, which means they are getting ready to ship an order which was attempted to be cancelled too many times! When I spoke with the representative yesterday, she told me everything would be taken...

So, Tmobile just charged my card for the order I called a zillion times to cancel! If they ship this phone and I get stuck with returning it, paying fees, etc, I'll be pissed!

Ismachado, thank you! I finally got it, but I need to follow up with them to make sure they don't screw it up. :\ It was done as an upgrade, no credit is showing for the Note 3 which I gave back. Well, hopefully this is the last hassle I have with them!

Tmobile called and... big surprise, the system did not update. They are doing the Jump as a trade in and crediting the difference. You need to get to an account analyst to do this. It's a long way, but if you do get there, it will get resolved. I am going to the store now.
