Questions about the LG Optimus G Pro? Ask Android Central!

This is consistent with what I've seen-- it's hard to tell what's using all of that RAM (likely the Optimus UI), though I never noticed a slowdown despite how low my available RAM got.

I second that-- it performs slightly better than its competitors, but not by much. It's perfectly legible but noticeably washed out.

Questions about the LG Optimus G Pro? Ask Android Central!

You'll definitely want to check it out. I never noticed soft photos and rarely found a situation in which the Pro was unable to produce great results. It lacks some of the bells and whistles of its competitors (including a Drama Mode equivalent) but it makes up for it in quality. Posted via...

Questions about the LG Optimus G Pro? Ask Android Central!

I can't lie-- as great as the G Pro's camera is, it cannot stand up next to HTC optics . The. Pro has a lightening fast shutter and burst mode is fantastic, and it's capable of producing truly stellar images. But if you're a fan of the One X you'll definitely want to take the One for a spin...

Haven't seen any yet but the flip cover is fantastic-- I love the automatic on and off and it looks great to boot. Posted via Android Central App

Questions about the LG Optimus G Pro? Ask Android Central!

Being right handed I found the back button on the left side of the home button to be a bit of an adjustment, but I've since adapted. The same can be said for the One-- just something to get used to. Posted via Android Central App

Works fine here, and I don't see it as a setting, so it should work out of the box. Posted via Android Central App

Questions about the LG Optimus G Pro? Ask Android Central!

Optimus UI feels smoother and more refined here than Touch Wiz does on the S4. The G Pro's home button has a satisfying click, and it's LED notification capabilites are very cool. It can also be used to launch Smart Remote from the lock screen. Posted via Android Central App

Questions about the LG Optimus G Pro? Ask Android Central!

I've used the Galaxy S 4 extensively and would easily recommend the Optimus G Pro over it, both for superior performance and a better screen. The HTC One is currently the Android device to beat, and I really love Sense, so head to head it really comes down the size of the displays. Posted...

Questions about the LG Optimus G Pro? Ask Android Central!

I just wrapped up a full review of the AT&T-branded LG Optimus G Pro, and during my time with the device it has become my go-to daily driver. I'll be spending a few more days carrying the G Pro, and during that time I'll be answering any questions you have about it-- AT&T customers have big...

Galaxy Note 2 vs. Droid DNA-- which Verizon device deserves our money this holiday season?

Day 4-- Durability Well this is a fitting follow up to my accessory dilemma. Got to work today and took both devices out of my jacket pockets. Upon closer inspection of my DNA, I noticed a scratch on the soft-touch back. It's not super noticeable, but it's there, and that's enough to really...

Galaxy Note 2 vs. Droid DNA-- which Verizon device deserves our money this holiday season?

Day 3?Let?s go shopping for some accessories During my first weekend with both devices, I decided to do some shopping, in particular for cases. I know, I know?both devices are gorgeous enough to leave naked for the whole world to enjoy. But I?m a firm believer in cases, not only for the...

Galaxy Note 2 vs. Droid DNA-- which Verizon device deserves our money this holiday season?

Good question. Both offer similar, if not identical, data speeds and connections. Here in NYC, I consistently get results on both devices that are too close to call them anything other than identical. Call quality, however, differs, and the DNA slightly outperforms the Note 2 in terms of clarity.
