What if my phone appears to work (turn on, ring / vibrate when called, the LED light up when charging), but the screen stays black?? (Its a galaxy s3 by the way) How do I fix this? Also, if it cannot be fixed, how can I back up my stuff from that phone so i can transfer it to another phone ...
