Turn your system default language to English(US) and tap and hold home button while connected to internet. You will get Google Assistant. Later you may change back to any other language, your Assistant will stay.

My s7e (Exynos version, on Nougat) charges only till 8x% and stops charging further. Mostly it stops at 81% or 83% and sometimes at 88% or so. I use the original wired charger that came in the box. I sent logs on Samsung Members app but got no response from Samsung. Then I posted my problem...

Make sure your phone's system default language is set to English (US). Hold down home button while you are connected to the internet and Google Assistant will pop up. Complete the setup. Later you may change the language back to your preferred one.
