I had this problem with lg g3. Nothing worked. I fixed it by taking off the injner cover- quite easy in a g3 13 small screws- and unclipping the rear camera coonector, a little flat rectangle to the left of the main lens, then cleaning both connector surfaces with a new soft brush and clipping...
