1) MotoX 1575 Android phone
2) Bought it new from Best Buy a little over a year ago (Dec 2016 I think).
3) Was working fine until my daughter dropped it broke the touch panel and cover glass so that it no longer responded to touch.
4) I had them replaced at a reputable electronics repair...
