Wow, I can't believe all the conversation and no one has offered a fix. Disable Battery Optimization 1.Go to Settings > Battery > Menu > Battery optimization. 2.Select All apps from the drop down menu. 3.Scroll the list of apps until you find Pandora. 4.Select "Don't optimize." 5.Select Done.
