I followed the directions on de-binging this fascinate, and it works for everything except the browser. If I type something into the browser, it still goes to bing. Is there a default search engine for the browser?

Ok, it works now. I removed the Wireless Tether app from the market place and downloaded the one from google: Downloads - android-wifi-tether - Project Hosting on Google Code Works great now!

Win7 64, and tried on my wifes iPad. Neither one sees the available network. I have tried with and without encryption.

OK, I have rooted the phone, debinged, and installe wireless tether. I enable tethering and it asks for superuser, I click ok. It starts no problem, but when I look on all of my wireless devices, I don't see it. Am I missing something?
