re: Stuck in between "normal" and "ultra" power saving mode? Okay, got it eventually: in "Application manager" one needs to enable "show system apps", then EmergencyManagerService will show up on the list and one needs to clear data and clear cache. This solves the problem :)

(There were lots of questions about being stuck in ultra power saving mode, but note that my issue is different.) My rooted galaxy note 4 phone with android 6 once turned off in the middle of enabling ultra power saving mode. Then I turned it on and the phone is apparently stuck between the...
