    Haven't setup the face scan. I used iris with the S8 but that's gone with the 10.

    Scanners on the front are a pain in the *** and pretty much require the use of two hands to just unlock the damn phone. Back reader was great until a bunch of whiny buttheads who have no coordination got it moved to the front.

    Bought new phone so sending S8+ to niece. We both have Verizon. If I reset the phone and leave the SIM card installed, will she be able to use it or will she need a new SIM from Verizon? Seems like she should be good to go.

    I can't do a capture on AOD screen and don't have another camera. Good suggestion on Assistant though, I'll take a look there.

    Galaxy S8+ with Pie. Seeing a symbol on the AOD screen only that I haven't run into before. Looks like the state of Indiana with a push pin at the bottom. Push pin would seem to point to Maps or Google Earth but not seeing anything on either of those apps.

    I was trying to recite the Ode to Billie Joe but forgot the words. You also don't understand the use of "calling home".

    Samsung phones require a driver be installed on the PC, yours may also. Have you checked the LG support site? Also, for file transfer, again with Samsung, you have to have developer options enabled.
