I've been considering the Epic over my EVO 4G. Will be hard to leave the 4.3" screen and sense for the 4.0" and touchwiz. But that hummingbird processor and super amoled and qwerty keyboard just look too good. Decisions decisions

I have sync disabled for everything but mail and weather with default intervals. I have talk enabled for my phone and have never experienced excessive battery drain with it enabled.

Every night when I plug it in I am at or above 50% with about 1-2 hours of screen on time. I stream pandora every day to and from work although my commute is only 15-20m each way. My longest is 43 hours over a weekend with light usage and a couple phone calls. I used it for 36 hours between two...

I use Talk and Fring. To see the usage since last plugged in and other information use Spare Parts. Very valuable when trying to track down programs that are using cpu and other time on the phone.

In 6 hours, my phone consumed 3% battery. The phone really doesn't consume that much power when in standby.
