If it's still under warranty, take it to one of the Device Support Centers. They'll take a look, try the button combinations, give up and replace your phone. You might get a silver P505 phoenix instead of a Thrive.

I'm using it for my Thrive, old baseband, cosmicexperia rom, and probably will only switch for an overclockable .35 kernel or a compelling enough ICS rom (or ideally, both).

I don't use data (GASP!) so is it still not yet possible to use a .35 rom with working wifi and overclocking on a Thrive?
