Fully agreed. This phone was a very good deal at sub $200 earlier this year, but frigging android 10 is out since months ago and we're still waiting on android 9. Inexcusable.

Hey all, Thinking of getting an UHS U3 class SD card for the E4 - the ones that support 30mbps sustained write, instead of the slower UHS U1 cards. I'm wondering, does the phone support these U3 speeds, or would there be no benefit on the E4 vs a U1 card?

ZERO chance of getting and update. I'm still waiting for them to update my 5.0 to 6.0 that was due by March... of LAST year. Avoid BLU phones. That's the conclusion I've reached.

At this point they could skip 6 and update us to 7. What's the point of getting 6 now. Mine fell and cracked the top right of the screen. Still works fine but it's the last excuse I needed to dump BLU. I'm buying the Moto G5 with 7.0 later this month.

Same here: regret buying this LOX. Should've just got a Moto G4. I'm waiting until next month and just going to buy whatever Moto G5 model has a 5" screen. I'm done with BLU.

Messaged BLU again about this update, which is supposed to come out before year end. I have zero hope, but at least they're being polite about it.

If that's the case, they better release the Life One X update already. Both these phones are based on the same Mediatek MT6753 CPU, so there's little reason to keep us L1X users waiting. That said I'm happy at least VXL users got it.

Here's to hoping. 20 days and counting. It'll breathe some new life on the L1X.

Welp, even if 4 months late, I'd still like my darn Marshmallow update. That's why I bought the phone in December. Learned my lesson with BLU though - whatever the phone comes from, you're stuck. Maybe it's not such a bad deal, as long as they keep having $99 sales on new releases like the BLOX...
