Though my N9 is still a viable tablet, I'd say look elsewhere. With the lack of future OS updates, this tablet has entered end of life status.

swebb, I did a factory reset after getting some advice related to my post "I'm just about ready to ditch my N9". My N9 has been running like silk since I did the reset. It was a hassle to reinstall apps but I'm glad I did it.

Rhea, I did do a cache wipe put not a full out factory reset. I took your advice and did so and the tablet does seem more responsive and I realize that I'm better able to identify any apps causing a problem. Thanks so much.

Has there been an announcement by Google as to how long they will continue to support the Nexus 9? This November is the two year mark and I believe there is a history of dropping support at around that point in time.
