I had the same issue and htc arranged a courier to collect the phone the next day. They did and got the phone back under a week later. The purple tint has now gone. Posted via Android Central App

I have a HTC One 4.3 here in the UK with Three Mobile. My camera was always a bit iffy from day one of its release in March, the pics were softly focused on the right hand side. Slight improvement after a software update. Then 4.3 came and any pic taken in low light was purple. I contacted HTC...

Already had Dropbox but but logged into the app on the HTC One and later had a message from Dropbox congratulating me on my extra storage.. Using Three Mobile in the UK.

I got from Amazon uk a Ionic SLIM FLEX Case (Clear) which works really well as it's partly clear and doesn't fetract from the beautiful design of the phone. :) was around ?7
