It definitely is not too late. Just traded my N5 for a OPO a couple weeks ago and I love it. The only con for me personally would be that OnePlus doesn't have to best track record with stable software updates. Other then that my performance and battery life have been way better then my nexus 5...

Yes. I have a Z10 right now as my daily driver. You will notice a much better overall performance. More stable and better overall apps. Native android apps are the way to go. You will sorely miss the hub but its a nice trade-off.

Right? It's a bunch of bloatware. The galaxy nexus is fast. Faster then any Samsung or iPhone I've used so far.

4.3 looks like it will be coming. You will just have to be patient. The update is at Verizon's pace unfortunately.
