Same hee, I woke up to the notification that it was installed and I need to restart the watch to complete. The funny thing is that my watch is not connected to wifi, must've downloaded through the AW app on my iPhone somehow...
Mine never got this hot under normal operation...it does get a little warm when I install multiple apps, but not to the point I feel uncomfortable wearing it.
I usually put it on the charger at night, whenever I go to sleep, and take it off around 7 to go to work. Finish the day with 25-30-35%, depending on usage
I don't have to turn off the "OK Google" because it doesn't work. I have my Huawei watch paired with iphone 8 plus and, though , it worked with the iPhone 7, now it doesn't. Reboot didn't fix it
I'm at 78% off the charger since 7 AM and with screen always on. Definitely something is using up more battery than it should.
Do a factory reset.
Also, are you keeping your phone close by all day? I'm thinking that the watch keeps trying to connect with your phone....
I have a first generation Huawei watch which I had paired with an iPhone 7 and worked just fine until I updated to ios 11 and that's when it started disconnecting and having a hard time connecting again. Now I upgraded to iphone 8 and have the same issues. I have factory reset the watch a few...
30 hours? What phone do you have it paired to? Android or ios? I have it paired to iphone 7 and get about 12-14 hours of I let it drain completely. Off the charter at 7 and have 25-30-40 percent at 8, 9 pm
I haven't noticed any difference since I updated. Always On is enabled and I get home with 40 %. Sometimes I use Google Play Music to my Bluetooth headset and that puts me in the 14-24% by bedtime.
