Yup. No screen security enabled, can't swipe to another screen. In fact, even with lock screen widgets turned on and set to either camera or favorite apps, I still can't swipe to them.

This happens to me too. That's not it. In fact, I can't even add lockscreen widgets. (Yes, I have PIN and swipe turned off and yes I have multiple widgets switched on). It sucks because I was nearly late for an important meeting because of it.
