I'm thinking of switching from Verizon to T-mobile. Currently with Verizon they charge a fee for the plan then a $20 fee per line for a smartphone line "access" fee. We have 4 phone lines so that $80 adds up quick. Does T-mobile charge these fees or is it just the flat plan price?
