When I first noticed the problem I thought it was the detachable USB kind that would not charge the phone. However, I've since decided that it's any charger. Sorry for the confusion.

Thank you, I did use the canned air. I've found that now it will only charge on one particular charger in my home (not the Moto one that came with the phone). I have requested a warranty repair as I'm sure this is not a software or a problem I can fix on my own.

I cannot get the original USB cable or any USB cable to be recognized on my Moto G4. It will charge and recognize a wall charger (not USB and not the original) When using a car charger I was able to wiggle the cord and it would charge for a minute but then lose the connection. Bought it in July...
