So that is my question: Samsung messages doesn't? I mean, I know that texts are supposed to send over mobile data. But I have mobile data on on my phone. Why would being connected to wifi matter? Especially if wifi calling is disabled?

Actually I think it is the s20 fe and the a51 5g. I think the issue with the third device is that the first two just aren't receiving the pictures. It doesn't seem to get hung up sending them.
