    You will need to revert to stock unrooted before you can apply any OTA updates, otherwise it will not work.

    I am not sure what could be causing the lag, you may want to arrange repair. As for the benchmarks - the HTC One has been known to cheat when benchmarking software is used I read somewhere.

    No idea why there would be a sudden decrease in accuracy. Another thought is that when you are home your phone maybe using your wifi router to get a location (which may be incorrect) and only when you open up maps, gps is then used to get a more accurate location.

    Do you have the same issue when you at home but outside? I'm thinking if it's just an indoor issue then it may be because you are getting a weak gps signal (might be pulling at strings).
