Hmmm. Found a page on the link's website that you provided. Supposedly the jiggling noise I mentioned before is related to a piece of the sim tray. Maybe the call quality is a result of my carrier?

I dropped my phone and afterwards I couldn't hear very well during a call along with some unusual sounds. When I shake the phone I can hear some jiggling around. This is a secondhand phone. I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to fix it or if my only option is replacement.

Is there any way to change the keyboard around? When I'm typing an email or a text, the keyboard has an extra row of punctuation marks on top. But for whatever reason the apostrophe is not among them. I know I can hold down one of the five given punctuation marks to have the apostrophe appear...
