no, I dont think it's normal because ive had other phones and they literally shut off right when it hits 0% but my s4 never shuts off at 15% until last night. my s4 usually shuts off when it hits 0%. and yeah it powers off when its dropped to 15%

I just got my phone July 2013 and last night my phone just decided to shut down at 15%. Im charging this phone for the 3rd time today and it shuts at 15% for the 3rd time too. What do I do??? HELP!
