    Galaxy Note II - Doesn't vibrate at all.

    Try to go to settings > sound > vibration intensity with all volumes turned up (in sound mode, not in mute or vibrate mode). Turn up the three vibration intensities. That should do the trick, at least it did for mine just now.

    Just dropped it from my lap onto the ground after getting out of my car. I drive a miata, so not that much room from my lap to the ground. Phone is perfectly functional. As in zero touch issues, or anything else wrong.
