is there any way to access the message storage location, add or modify the texts to make it look like text messages had been sent and received with out it really happening?

I have tried to figure this out, from a locked screen when a new message comes in how do i set its priority so I am not having to back out of last text to respond to the new text so I don't respond to the wrong person. for clarity let me say it this way, when I receive a text the new one does...
