Got a FedEx envelope with a padded one inside label attached. Its not going to Palo Alto, its going to Tennessee. Found this paper inside from Asurion. I'm guessing this phone will be used as someones insurance replacement.

Getting the label shipped to me as well...allegedly, never can tell with these company. Had someone say on another forum Apple does it this way, they will ship you a box and label. Only think I can thing of is that maybe the phones are getting damaged so they want to send you another box to help...

Finally got an email back and they opened a ticket, that was 2 days ago. It's a holiday so I'm willing to give them some slack...then my friend got the same email and was given a return label within 2 hours! Mine said it's open and it's being looked in to. It's all half truths or straight up lies

From what I have seen the whole return process seems to almost be impossible. I was going to refuse delivery but since you cant even get a hold of anyone there I dint want it to banish in to the ether along with my money. I can always try to sell it if nothing else.

Re: How many got to order and which day? Its crazy how us lucky/unlucky few that were able to get a CW 64 on the 29th have heard nothing from google. Going to contact them tomorrow, even if they have proved to be pretty much useless in giving you any useful information....sigh
