I choose to log in on an existing account. Write the gmail & password and after i press done and accepted the terms & conditions it says That a problem in the communication with the google servers occurred.

Ive already done that, but i cannot add my account there nor in the app. Maybe I was a little unclear with that. Since the phone is reset like it is new i had to add an account. And when i do it does not work. Very annoying because I cant use my phone like I did before with all the apps.

Yes it was installed. I sent it for hardware service and since then I cant connect. No worries, I say the same to you because Im swedish and some times its hard to get the grammar right.

Thanx for your reply! I dont use any other googleapps so i dont know, i have waited since saturday so that dont work. I tried to clear cache & all that with no success either :( Should i contact the store or Samsung instead?
