    Pixel reception reliability question

    I went from Note 8 to Note 9 on T-Mobile and now I have full bars in my condo. On Note 8 I had 1 and no service in elevator. Now it works in elevator fine. I figured it was the Band 71 that has this improvement which the Pixel 3 supports also.

    So I preorder on the 10th and so I didn't receive on the 24th. Samsung then said the 26th. Then a email said the 30th. Now they are saying Sept. 2nd. Basically they have no clue what they are doing.

    So I called Samsung and my order placed on the 10th right after orders opened is backordered. So I might get it next week. Way to drop the ball. I can walk over to T-Mobile and just buy it there.

    Carrier vs Unlocked Note 9 Questions?

    I've had the Tmobile Note 8 and I use a unlocked Note 8 now on TMobile. There is no difference other than updates. I got Oreo last on the unlocked one. There is no bloatware installed on carrier Note 8. So I'n going with carrier Note 9 since unlocked was kinda slow on updates.

    I have a Unlocked Note 8 and I am on T-Mobile and Wifi calling works great.

    LOL ! I did the same thing. Sold my Note 8 and got a iPhone X and just switched back to a new unlocked Note 8. After all that I wonder what in the hell was I thinking ???

    Note 8 Bluetooth connects to my Car bluetooth but Call Audio is always disabled.

    I had a issue like this with my Mercedes E-class. You have to pair the call audio and the media audio separately. All is good after that.

    I'm on AT&T in Miami and its great. I don't have HD Voice or Wifi calling though which is making think about switching.
