Currently I've had problems with Plague Inc. thought that's the only one I liked enough to actually pay for. Though if I do need a secondary key I'm kinda screwed.

So, I killed my android device and wish to load my apps to another. When I do so some of the apps that I had gotten free and had upgraded didn't remain upgraded. I really don't want to pay for it again. Any help? Go them from the Google Play store if that changes anything.
