    It happened to me too. I was using a headset with a 3 rings jack on Note 3. Once I plugged a 2 rings jack adapter the problem disappeared.

    It happened to me too on Note 3, and it was because of the headset I was using. It has 3 rings on the jack. Issue solved with a 2 rings jack adapter!!!
