Got mine via Fed Ex yesterday (ordered it directly from Otterbox) . So far in my use of it today I haven't had any issues and it looks great. As for the screen protector, I agree with the previous post in that it attracts prints. Aside from that, it's quite clear. Posted via Android Central App

Please excuse my repeated post.

Go to "settings" , then choose "general," then choose "accounts" and then "Google," after which you'll see your Gmail account that is syncing. Choose that and then you will see a list of options that you can either check or uncheck. If Picasa is checked, uncheck it and the prompts will stop...

And yes, you will be able to download updates for your phone. I did without issue. Hope that helps. Posted via Android Central App
