Well I definitely want to keep handcent and SMS popup has always worked with it before

Well my problem is that none of the apps work. Including Popup notifier. Even after I enable it or whatever. And I'd prefer to you SMS Popup anyway. So if you can have other ideas about what could be wrong please let me know.

Oh, ok. So if the app doesn't show up there that means the problem lies elsewhere? Any ideas?

Yeah I've tried that with no luck. Handcent popups work, but none of the popup apps do :/

Yeah I checked under Accessibility Settings and I can't find anything that has to do with popups or notifications?

Honestly, I'm not sure what you mean. I've never had to do anything like that before and I just looked under my Accessibility Settings and there's nothing like that? I'm a little technologically challenged; you might have to explain it to me. is this what you mean?
