This is pretty much how I use it, except I need more bumps during the day because Ingress is a very well known battery-hogging app.

So I leave it charging overnight, then I wake up and it's 100%. I lay in bed while using the phone (still plugged in) and it actually starts draining battery (got it from 100 to 97). It's normal behavior for this to happen?

I have this same issue. It seems to get stuck switching from 3G to H without any data transmission. Only something else that triggers a new data transmission (say, updating a Twitter feed) seems to refresh it and "wake it up". It's annoying because when I'm on WhatsApp and this happens, my...

I think that's an interesting point. Yesterday was the first day I used my phone in the "usual" way after having it for a week. By 11 pm I was at around 60% with about 13 hours of usage time (screen was reported to be used about 1h 30 m). The screen is definitely a huge drainer.

I switched from my iPhone 4 to my Nexus 4 last week. I think the battery life I'm getting with the N4 is comparable to the iPhone 4. While I do think that it could be longer, when I see the hardware and services that are running, I can understand why the drain is so much. Hopefully future...
