    So a while back I had this problem but then Instagram got an update and it fixed it. The problem is when I open the camera in Instagram, its slightly zoomed in so when I take a photo I have to take into account that the frame is actually bigger than what my screen is showing. Pretty annoying...

    Damn. I figured that out on my own by flashing it and then the phone wouldnt boot lol. Its a shame that theres no way to get this onto CM7. I tried a Sense ROM and loved the Beats feature but hated everything else.
