I've tried both suggestions with no luck. It's weird because I'll be connected to my WiFi network and try going to the Google Play Store or really anything that requires data transfer. The page will come up but all the pics/placeholders are blank. I'll wait a few seconds and turn off that data...

This was happening before the latest OTA update but after the Xmas Eve update was installed. I usually keep both data and WiFi turned on as I am frequently on and off the property. When I move out of my network's range, 3G or 4G kicks in and I'm back on the air. Then, when I'm back within range...
