Everytime I click on About Device>Software Update > Check New, it always pops up a message "To check for system updates, go to Settings>About Device when service is available. The thing is...service is available! I'm streaming pandora right now! Why won't it let me update!!??

I have the group text option turned on Go SMS. however whenever I get a text of more than 1 picture (in a single message) only 2 of the pictures are in color and the rest are black and white. Is there any way to change this?
