Had to restart my phone then search for the update in settings but it is updating now. Salt Lake City, Utah. P.S. Can?t WAIT for the Samsung Galaxy S4....

I'm having the same issue

I was talking to one of their techs in Nov who thought the upgrade was already out. I had to inform them that it had gotten pushed back, again.... I have no faith in their techs.

I work near the airport and was in 3G most of the day on and off (maybe its just the building location??). I live in Rose Park and have had 4G here since early this am. I was also at St Marks today and had 4G there. I couldn't be happier!! Also, Hubby had 4G all day in south salt lake! YAY!:D
