I would also vote for Chromecast. I personally use an Android TV box (Ugoos UT1) and AppleTV but neither one is cheap :).

I personally use Chrome on my phones, Dolphin on my tablets but I have heard that UC mini is really fast and lightweight.

Usually the stock camera app works the best but I have also experienced that some times the stock camera app crashes! In that case I have installed ProCapture. If the stock camera app does not support HDR, I have installed HDR Camera+.

I used my trusted Xiaomi Mi2 for almost three years before buying a LeTV S1. I guess I could have used it even longer because it has 2 GB RAM and a great camera but the screen size (4.3") became rather small. My new phone has 5.5" display + optical image stabilization in camera and I love it!
