The ZTE is working fine with my Verizon SIM in it. Internet, calls, and MMS.

Calling and texting does not work, even with the correct APN settings from their ZTE phone. Data and mobile hotspot IS working. Visible IMEI checker showed it failed and when I asked why, that was the answer. Thanks. Is there another way to change the firmware package besides Odin? Any ideas...

I turned the items on and off to no avail. The only thing that worked for me was using Reset settings under Virtual Keyboard -> Samsung Keyboard.
