corp store opened at 10am, walked in grabbed the phone & incipio case, made sure they grandfathered my unlimited data, told the sales rep I'd activate it myself, paid, walked out. Took all of 10 minutes.

screen looks fine to me, but then again I'm not looking for any pixelation. It's a phone, I'll use it for 1 maybe 2 years then on to the next one

there's a promotion out there for $100 off of a 4G smartphone, VZW has it in their system. Apparently, it's pretty hard to find and even harder to get. I read about it in one of the threads here, decided what the heck and started bugging customer service about it....

Multiple calls to customer service until I found a willing CSR.....

I just called a corp store in Ft Lee, NJ and the rep would not confirm anything. I told her that I knew she has them in stock already and she said she can neither confirm nor deny. Jesus, this is not military classified information. She did say they would not be opening early tomorrow...

I just left a Verizon store in Seattle and the sales rep said "we had them but VZW made us ship them all back yesterday for a software update". I was like suuure, he just laughed and said that's our story....

I tried the Moto gel case at VZW on a demo and I knew right then it would eventually cause scratches. I picked up a cheap Targa sleeve made for the iPad that fits my Xoom. That will hold me over until a nice portfolio case is released.

Will definitely pick up either Sena or Vaja case. I hated the case for sale at VZW. I'll just be careful until something more stylish comes out.

+1 Looove my Xoom. It was great spending 3hrs in the airport this morning and not having to pull out my laptop. Now time for root...
