Had the same error with sgs6 edge and SwiftKey , solved it by: go to setting / search for : virtual keyboard then choose samsung keyboard and go to rest settings. Now you see samsung keyboard, if you wish go back to SwiftKey keybord, go to SwiftKey app and choose SwiftKey as default keyboard...
