If Moto can make the Moto G and sell it for less then 200 unsubsidized. They should be able to sell a watch for 150-250$ easily. Smaller screen, less resolution, less ram, less processing power, less sensors, and smaller battery. Should equate a lesser price tag then a flag ship device. At least...

IR blaster would be nice but not necessary. Built in Compass Water Proof Standardized Band (to replace with what ever you desire) A screen that can be seen in direct sunlight. I remember reading about new LCD screens that have the ability to absorb solar power. One of those would be awesome.
