I solved it by disabling my mobile data and only connecting to wi-fi. I think the problem is that my service provider is blocking Netflix and some how my phone doesn't give priority to my Wi-Fi connection. So, even though I was connected to my Wi-fi and Data Network, Netflix would still freeze...
